Email-to-Task capture, task notifications, and reply-to-complete with secure links for attachments.

• Unique workspace “Email-to-Task” address

• IMAP polling or webhook (Gmail/Outlook) for new mail capture

• Parse subject/body and attachments (stored via SecureStore)

• Outbound notifications with reply-to comment/complete

• Signature stripping and quote collapsing

Limitations

• Large attachments are stored as signed links via SecureStore (not embedded).

• Some mail providers throttle IMAP IDLE; fallback polling is supported.
