Overview

Log key channel/thread events to Contact/Company/Deal/Ticket timelines with citations and jump-backs.

Capabilities

• Auto-log: pinned messages, thread starts, file shares, resolutions

• Entity linking from mentions (e.g., @Company/@Deal)

• “Pin to timeline” composer action with quoted context

• Backfill and replay for historical channels
