Google Calendar — Integration

Overview

Sync presence from Calendar, drop “Add to Calendar” from Huddles, and attach recap notes to events. Optional Meet link fallback.

Capabilities

• Presence sync (busy/OOO → Velaxe presence)

• Create calendar events from Huddle follow-ups with attendees prefilled

• Attach Huddle recap, recording link, and transcript excerpt to the event

• Optional: add Google Meet link when VoiceLink is disabled

• Working hours and focus time respected for nudges

   Settings → Connections → **Google Calendar** → Connect (OAuth).

Limitations

• Domain admin consent may be required for Workspace tenants.

• Private event visibility may restrict presence signals.
