Overview
Capture campaign opens and clicks, process unsubscribe requests and delivery-status mail, update recipient/campaign state, and maintain suppressions.
Problem
Campaign delivery needs reliable feedback so failed or opted-out recipients do not remain indistinguishable from successful sends.
Solution
Use public campaign tracking endpoints together with inbound DSN processing, recipient events, analytics, unsubscribe records and suppression state.
How it works
Open pixels and wrapped links record campaign engagement. Public unsubscribe updates recipient/suppression state. IMAP ingestion classifies bounce/DSN messages, correlates them to recipient/campaign context, and records bounce state and events.
