Create a news draft
Open News → New. Enter title, slug, summary, full body, category, tags, author attribution, and optional related ProjectBoard project ID.

- Use the summary for cards and the full body for the article detail page.

Add media and attachments
Choose a cover image, gallery, video, and supporting documents through FileVault references. Add alt text and captions.

Choose visibility and placements
Select where the article appears and whether it is public, authenticated, provider-audience restricted, or internal preview only.

Submit for review
Preview desktop and mobile layouts, then submit the draft. Reviewers may approve, reject, or request changes with comments.

- The approved version is immutable except through a new revision.

Publish now or schedule
Publish immediately or select publish_at and optional unpublish_at. The scheduler handles the state transition and emits the published event.

AccessGuard can expose account segments, HomeBridge can expose parameterized property audiences, PeopleGraph can expose tags, and ProspectLayer can expose lists. EngagementHub never needs direct knowledge of another app’s database.
ProjectBoard supplies project truth, FileVault supplies secure files, HomeBridge exposes the customer experience, AccessGuard handles identity and in-app notification records, EmailHub sends email, and PulseGate sends SMS, WhatsApp, and voice.
