Go to Tags → **New**. Add product-area, feature, and audience tags (e.g., “billing”, “api”, “admin”).

Normalize names
Adopt lowercase-dash style (e.g., “account-recovery”). Merge duplicates.

Attach tags to articles
Open each article → add 2–5 tags that reflect problem area and feature.

- No article has more than 7 tags; duplicates eliminated.

- Search results cluster by tag facets in the UI.
