Slack — Integration

Overview

Search the KB from Slack, unfurl article previews, notify channels on new/updated articles, and let agents draft FAQs from messages.

Capabilities

• Slash commands: /kb search, /kb open <id>, /kb new

• Rich previews with locale badge, tags, and quick actions

• Channel notifications for new/updated/published articles

• Message action: “Create FAQ from message” with prefilled editor

• Per-channel locale defaults and tag filters

• Enterprise Grid support (multiple workspaces)

• Rate-limit aware queueing and de-duplication

   Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack and click **Connect Slack Workspace**.

Limitations

• Slack free plans limit message history and search depth.

• Interactive actions require a public callback URL reachable by Slack.

• Enterprise Grid needs per-workspace bot installation.
