Open PulseGate connectors
Go to Settings → Integrations → PulseGate. Click **Add Connector** and choose a channel (e.g., WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram DM).

Authenticate & subscribe webhooks
Complete OAuth/API key steps. PulseGate auto-registers webhooks and verifies the callback signature.

Route to a test queue
Create a **Sandbox** queue in LiveConnect and map the new connector to it under Routing → Channels.

From the native channel client, send a message; verify it lands in the LiveConnect unified queue.
