ChannelBridge — Integration

Overview

Ingest marketplace orders (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) into OrderFlow. Normalize line items, taxes and buyer notes, then fulfill centrally.

• Consolidated order feed from supported marketplaces

• Address and tax normalization with marketplace references

• Shipment + tracking sync back to channels via ChannelBridge

• Error handling, retry queue and reconciliation views

   Step 1

   In ChannelBridge, connect your marketplaces and enable **Orders Export → OrderFlow**.

Limitations

• Marketplace API rate limits can delay backfills; imports are queued safely.

• Gift messages and special instructions vary by channel; we preserve raw notes as metadata.
