Overview

Notify teams about new orders, payment failures, RMAs and low-stock blocks. Take quick actions via interactive buttons.

Capabilities

• Channel routing by event type (orders, payments, returns)

• Interactive buttons: view order, refund, mark shipped

• Slash commands: /orders search, /orders recent

• User DMs for assigned tasks and approvals
