Velaxe Payments — Integration

Overview

Consume payment webhooks for authorize/capture/refund without storing card data. Tie payment states to orders and trigger fulfillment automatically.

Capabilities

• Webhook-driven status sync: authorized, captured, failed, refunded, dispute.opened/closed

• Auto-transition orders on capture; place holds/voids on cancel

• Partial captures & refunds mapped to line items

• Reconciliation dashboard with timeline and audit trail

• PCI scope reduction (no PANs stored in OrderFlow)

   In OrderFlow, go to Settings → Integrations → Payments and click **Connect Velaxe Payments**.

Limitations

• Settlement timing varies by acquirer; ledger totals may lag banking deposits.
