About this guide

ProductCatalog gives product and ecommerce teams a single, governed catalog for all SKUs — physical, digital and services. Define attributes per industry, manage options/variants with linked media, and organize via categories and collections.

Import from spreadsheets or systems, export clean feeds, and expose read/write operations through an HMAC-secured public bridge. Promotions are first-class (discounts, offers, loyalty, shipping, referrals) and are attachable to products, categories or collections.

Dashboards show KPIs, trending products and hourly/daily views. Metrics can be scraped by Prometheus, and roll-ups are maintained via cron. RBAC ensures admins, members and guests have the right level of access.
