Start a new update
Go to ProjectBoard → Updates → New and select the target project.

Write the update
Enter title, summary and body content, then choose category and period tag such as weekly, monthly, milestone or ad hoc.

Add visibility and attachments
Choose public, customers-only or internal visibility, set the notification policy and attach any supporting files.

Publish and verify the public link
Publish the update. ProjectBoard records the published timestamp, registers its public route where applicable and emits the update-published event.
