Bi-directional linking and optional mirroring between ActionDesk tasks and Jira issues with field mapping and status sync.

Capabilities

• Create Jira issues from ActionDesk tasks with mapping

• Link existing issues to tasks and show status/badges

• Optional two-way sync of title, description, assignee, status

• Project/issue type and custom field mapping

• Bulk backfill and reconciliation to avoid duplicates

   Add a Jira connection (OAuth/API token) in ActionDesk → Integrations → Jira.

Limitations

• Complex Jira workflows/transitions may need explicit transition IDs.

• Attachments are referenced via SecureStore links (not inlined).
