Setup Steps (5)

    Step 1

    In ActionDesk → Settings → Integrations → Microsoft Teams, click **Connect** and complete Microsoft OAuth.

    From Teams App Store, add the **ActionDesk** app to your tenant/workspace.

    Pin the ActionDesk tab to important channels.

    Configure routing rules for which queues/tags post to which channels.

    Send a test task notification to verify adaptive card actions.

Limitations

  • Tenant admin approval may be required to allow the app and permissions.

  • Adaptive card actions require external callback access.
