Overview

Create and manage ActionDesk tasks directly from Teams chats and channels with tabs, message actions, and adaptive cards.

Capabilities

• Message actions: create task from a Teams message

• Adaptive card notifications with Complete/Snooze/Assign

• AAD-based single sign-on for the Teams app

   Step 1

   In ActionDesk → Settings → Integrations → Microsoft Teams, click **Connect** and complete Microsoft OAuth.

   From Teams App Store, add the **ActionDesk** app to your tenant/workspace.

Limitations

• Tenant admin approval may be required to allow the app and permissions.

• Adaptive card actions require external callback access.
