Overview

Sync ActionDesk task schedules with Microsoft 365 calendars via Graph API, including reminders and focus blocks.

Capabilities

• Create/update Outlook events from tasks

   Step 1

   In ActionDesk → Settings → Integrations → Outlook 365, click **Connect Microsoft** and grant Graph calendar permissions.

   Select which projects/queues to sync and whether to create focus blocks for P0/P1 tasks.

Limitations

• Tenant admin consent may be required for organization-wide mode.

• Series edits to recurring tasks/events can be constrained by Graph limits.
