Centralized media library for images, logos, and brand files with lightweight edits, versions, and rights notes.

Capabilities

• Browse workspace folders, drag-drop upload, and quick search

• Inline crop/resize/compress; ALT text helper

• Versioning with rollback and usage references (which templates use this)

• Brand kit folders with locked assets (admin)

   In the Image picker, choose **File-Vault** and browse or upload.

Limitations

• Very large originals are auto-compressed to stay within email client limits.
