Overview

Pin a living document to any channel: runbooks, briefs, checklists, and smart blocks linked to tickets/tasks/payments.

Capabilities

• Per-channel Canvas with roles (viewer/commenter/editor)

• Smart blocks: Ticket list, Task list, Timeline excerpt

• Version history, suggestions mode, inline comments

• Export to PDF/Markdown; publish read-only

   From the channel header, click **Pin Canvas** → New or From Template.

   Assign editors and set external share toggle if needed.

Limitations

• External sharing follows workspace policy; some orgs disable public links.
