Capabilities

• Triggers: message.created, thread.created, reaction.added, policy.flagged

• Actions: reply, tag, escalate, start workflow, create ActionDesk task

• Keyword, regex, and sentiment filters

• Rate-limit aware execution with retries and dead-letter queue
