Overview

Subscribe to channel and thread events, and post messages via REST for custom tooling and bots.

Capabilities

• Events: channel.message.created|updated|deleted, thread.created|updated

• Signed webhooks with idempotency keys and replay UI

• REST endpoints for posting messages and replies

• Per-token scopes and rate limits with burst protection

   Step 1

   Create an API token under **Admin → API** with Channels scopes.

   Register a webhook endpoint and select desired events.

   Verify signatures using the shared secret; store the delivery id for dedupe.

Limitations

• Webhook receivers must respond within 5s; otherwise we retry with backoff.
