    Connect a channel

    Open Settings → Integrations → PulseGate and connect SMS/WhatsApp or Web Chat (LiveConnect).

    Tips

    Validation

    • Channel shows status “Connected” and a test message succeeds.

    Create a routing rule

    Routing Studio → New Rule. If business hours, route to bot; otherwise, queue to LiveConnect.

    • Add a VIP condition for specific phone numbers or emails.

    Bots & Tools → Add Tool → “FAQ retrieval”. Select your knowledge base and allow citations.
