    Enable internal sources

    Settings → Chronicle → Sources. Toggle **Agent Desk**, **LiveConnect**, **VoiceLink**, **ActionDesk**, and **PayStream**.

    • Sources show status “Active” with last event time.

    Open a subject timeline

    Go to Chronicle → Search and open a **Contact** or **Ticket** with recent activity.

    Apply filters & pins

    Filter by channel (Email/Chat/Voice) and pin the most relevant activity to the top.

    Click **Summarize** → “Last 30 days”. Chronicle compiles a 5–7 bullet summary.
