Overview

Presence and follow-up scheduling for Huddles using Outlook Calendar via Microsoft Graph. Admin consent supported.

Capabilities

• Presence sync from calendar (busy/OOO) into Velaxe

• Create Outlook events from Huddles with attendees and recap attached

• Tenant-wide admin consent and per-folder scoping

• Optional Teams link when VoiceLink is disabled

Limitations

• Graph throttling can delay large backfills; operations are queued.

• Per-tenant policies may hide event details, limiting presence fidelity.
