About this guide

HomeBridge is the customer-property journey engine for real-estate operations. It connects customer identity, project context, property inventory, finance, documents, communications, human work, and customer-facing read models around one governed commercial lifecycle.

Teams can manage project and unit enquiries, brochure/callback/consultation requests, interest follow-up and qualification, waitlists, reservations, eligibility state, commitment-fee requirements, temporary holds, allocation preferences and decisions, assigned properties, ownership and occupancy state, property accounts, payment plans and schedule items, proof submissions, clarification requests, payment confirmations, documents and versions, tasks, timelines, analytics, reports, exports, and operational next actions from one application.

HomeBridge plans communication through In-App, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Voice and Push channel concepts and dispatches through the configured notification provider. It integrates with workspace-selected providers for identity and profiles, projects and updates, property catalog data, payment processing, file storage, and notification delivery, and also supports case/problem synchronization, audience-provider workflows, EventEnvelope-based domain events, trusted RCP and Handler operations, Bridge v2 connections, and ContextResolver actions.
