Overview

Ingest Shopify orders via webhooks, sync fulfillments and tracking, and optionally show status banners during major incidents.

   Step 1

   Create a Custom App in Shopify Admin and grant necessary Admin API scopes.

   In OrderFlow, open Settings → Integrations → Shopify and click **Connect Shop**.

   Paste API key/secret and your .myshopify.com domain; authorize OAuth.

   Enable webhooks and (optional) install the theme snippet for status banners.

Limitations

• Shopify API rate limits apply; bursts are queued.

• Some themes require manual snippet placement for banner visibility.
