    In OrderFlow, go to Settings → Integrations → Payments and click **Connect Velaxe Payments**.

    Map tender types to order states (e.g., capture → ready_to_ship).

    Send a \$1 test transaction; verify order timeline shows payment events.

Limitations

  • Settlement timing varies by acquirer; ledger totals may lag banking deposits.

  • Chargeback evidence collection occurs in Payments app; OrderFlow links out.

No. OrderFlow only consumes status webhooks and references transaction IDs.

Are partial captures supported?

Yes. Captures can be matched to shipped lines and quantities.

How are failures handled?

Failed or reversed payments move the order back to pending_payment and notify staff.
