Overview

Sync PeopleGraph People/Companies with Salesforce Contacts/Accounts. Map fields, upsert by external IDs, and keep systems in sync.

Capabilities

• Upsert Contacts and Accounts with custom field mapping

• External ID matching (email, domain, or custom external_id)

• Bidirectional status/ownership updates (optional)

• Record type support and per-object mapping

• Sync dashboards and error reconciliation

   Create a Connected App or use OAuth; gather client id/secret (or JWT cert).

Limitations

• Requires Salesforce API access; sandbox and production authorized separately.

• Validation rules and required fields can block updates; use an integration user.
