Scrape ProductCatalog KPIs and bridge health via /metrics and visualize in Grafana dashboards.

   Enable **Metrics** in Settings and verify `/metrics` returns samples.

Limitations

• High scrape frequency increases load; do not scrape more often than every 15s.

• PII is never exposed; metrics are aggregated counters only.
