Overview

Use Telegram Bot API for 1:1 and group conversations. Normalize updates, send messages, and handle media safely.

   Step 1

   Create a bot with @BotFather and copy the bot token.

   In PulseGate → Connections → **Telegram**, paste the token.

   Click **Enable Webhook** to set the callback to PulseGate.

Limitations

• Bots cannot initiate chats with users who have not started the bot.

• Some media types have size limits; large files are linked.
