Overview

Send and receive SMS/MMS and WhatsApp through Twilio. Normalize webhooks, track delivery receipts, and leverage rate‑limit aware retries.

   Create a Twilio account and obtain Account SID and Auth Token.

   Buy or connect a phone number (or WhatsApp sender) in Twilio.

   In PulseGate → Connections, click **Add Connector** → **Twilio** and paste SID/Token.

Limitations

• Carrier and region regulations apply (e.g., 10DLC in the US).

• Throughput depends on number type and geo; configure pools for scale.

• WhatsApp templates must be approved before use.
