Do replies come from my domain?
Yes. Messages are sent through your Gmail account, preserving SPF/DKIM where configured.
Can multiple agents work the same mailbox?
Yes. Use queues and collision detection to prevent double replies.
Are drafts saved back to Gmail?
Drafts are stored in Agent Desk; only sent messages appear in Gmail Sent.
