Upload or select from drive
Drag-drop or switch to a provider tab and pick an existing file. File-Vault creates/uses folder: Velaxe/<Workspace>/AgentDesk/Tickets/<TicketId>/.

Share (optional)
Click the file chip → **Copy expiring link** to share outside; revoke anytime.
