Solution
File-Vault provides workspace-level connections with least-privilege scopes and a shared picker/API used by all apps.
How it works
Admins add providers in File-Vault → Connections, select a base folder, set link/retention policies, then every Velaxe app can browse, upload, and attach through the same picker. Files live in your drives; File-Vault stores metadata and permissions.
