Twilio — Integration

Overview

Bring your own Twilio trunks and numbers to VoiceLink. Enable inbound IVR, outbound dialing, recording, and failover using your existing Twilio account.

Capabilities

• SIP trunks for inbound/outbound with codec negotiation (Opus/G.711)

• Buy or port phone numbers; CNAM, geo permissions, and STIR/SHAKEN attestation

• IVR/routing via VoiceLink or FlowForge with webhook callbacks

• Recording control (start/stop/pause) with SecureStore retention

• Failover routes and health checks; regional edge selection

   Step 1

   In Twilio Console, create a SIP Trunk and an Origination/Termination URI.

   Add your SIP credentials or IP ACLs. Note the SIP domain and auth details.

   In VoiceLink → Settings → Carriers, click **Add Carrier** and choose Twilio.

   Paste trunk URIs and credentials; select preferred regions and codecs.

   Point Twilio webhook/Status Callbacks to the provided VoiceLink URLs.

   Buy/port numbers in Twilio and assign them to the new trunk.

Limitations

• Per-country regulatory requirements apply for buying/porting numbers.

• Twilio rate limits and concurrency caps may affect burst campaigns.
