Create private organisational environments for companies, branches, departments, projects or other operating units.
Platform capability
The organisational foundation of Velaxe
A workspace is the main container for business activity. It gives an organisation a defined boundary for its applications, people, permissions, storage and operational records.
Capabilities designed to work together
Create private organisational environments for companies, branches, departments, projects or other operating units.
Private environment
Each workspace contains its own users, applications, settings, permissions, activity and data.
Multiple workspaces
One account can access several authorised workspaces and switch between them.
Flexible structure
Use workspaces for companies, subsidiaries, branches, departments, projects or client operations.
Controlled lifecycle
Workspaces can be updated, left, suspended, restored or deleted by authorised users.
Explore the platform from different angles
A user who belongs to several authorised workspaces can move between them using one account. This supports central management while preserving the boundaries of each workspace.
- Unique workspace name and URL identifier.
- Legal name and timezone.
- Workspace owner and status.
- Workspace-specific preferences.
- Storage measurement and quota enforcement.
Workspace applications, metadata and storage are separated from other workspaces. Velaxe prevents users from accessing a workspace unless they are authorised members.
A workspace can be placed in read-only mode during maintenance, quota enforcement or administrative suspension. Background processes support locking, unlocking and complete data purging when required.
